Animal Kingdom Animal Kingdom is the newest of Disneys' major parks combining the usual thrill type rides with a high quality zoo. You can enter with the usual Disney package tickets - see our park ticket page for more information and make sure that you have your tickets before you turn up at the gate. There are a few popular attractions and it is worth planning your route around the park in advance. Plan what you want to do before you arrive. This will depend on the age group of your party. The brits guide (see left) is good for this as it the TiggerWoods site - taking you through each land in turn explaining the main attractions. Use their free Planning Guide and Planning grid if you wish. The park is split into 6 sections. In 'Africa' the Kilimanjaro Safari is a popular ride. The park is built around a huge man made 'Tree of Life'. An attraction in its own right with hundreds of animal carvings, it also houses the 4-D show "it's tough to be a bug". In Asia, the Kali River Rapids is a great raft ride and there's another safari. Dinoland USA is a theme park within a theme park with lots of rides. A good place to take a rest whilst the kids burn off steam. For younger visitors Camp Minnie Mickey has several excellent shows and attractions. For eats - well book early for the Rainforest Cafe and check out the animatronics. Check out the offers with the 'Cheap Disney tickets bought in the UK' - you could end up with the Brits Guide for FREE!.
