Cascade Services - Your Guests

Whilst some owners like to keep their villa for themselves many prefer to let it to holiday makers to help with the running costs.

Cascade is happy to advise the various aspects of letting your home.  We can guide you on obtaining your license, setting out your villa for best effect, the security of the property and even putting up guidance notes for guests regarding the weekly disposal of garbage.

Keep us informed of when your guests are arriving and we will ensure that your home is in perfect condition to welcome them.  If you wish we can provide a welcome pack of groceries and even add items to it for special occasions such as honeymoon or birthdays.  It's up to you whether you include the modest cost in your rental or offer it to your guests as an optional extra.  We will check that they have arrived safely and then leave them to their holiday.

Someone from Cascade is always on call.  Your guests should never feel alone in an emergency - they can give us a call and we will do our utmost to advise them or deal with any problem at the villa.
