Cascade Services is a family run Management Company based in Lindfields.  With over 20 years experience Cascade look after independently owned villas.  The services provided include:-

When you are a long way away from your home having someone close by to check everything is well is essential.  Apart from absolute emergencies work is never carried out without contacting the owners in advance to provide an estimate of costs.  There are no massive fees for changing a light bulb (yes we hear the horror stories too)!  

Keeping your pool in good condition is essential to ensure that guests are kept safe and well.  The regular bug spray keeps unwanted visitors down to a minimum and maintaining your lawn creates a great first impression and is almost certainly a requirement of whatever community you belong to.
