Late Availability

There are lots of excellent villas in Florida, particularly around the Disney area. Supply exceeds demand and many owners will be prepared to reduce the rental (within reason) rather than pay the costs on an empty property. If you have decided to book late then it is certainly worth asking for the best deal when you e-mail the owner.
